Your new company
A market leading PR firm, working with clients across music, entertainment and sport, as well as the corporate sector. Over the last 30+ years this agency has worked with household names and has an unrivalled position within the PR industry.

Your new role
As the Head of Finance, you will be reporting into the owner of the business, identifying areas of strategic growth, manage the finance function and oversee HR, Tax and Legal requirements. A brief overview of your responsibilities includes:

  • Foster strong relationships with the founder, CSO and Head of Operations
  • Review and approve statutory accounts, prepare management accounts and lead the audit
  • Oversee fee negotiations and contracts
  • Review and approve VAT, Tax and compliance
  • Be responsible for Legal, HR and other ad hoc projects


What you'll need to succeed
As a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant you will have several years post-qualification experience with a media agency. You will possess strong UK GAAP, IFRS and tax knowledge. Previous experience as a Head of Finance in a start-up environment is preferred. You will also have to be autonomous and have the ability to work to tight deadlines.
