Finance Business Partner for a professional services business based here in the city centre

Your new company
Hays are currently recruiting for a long standing, professional services client of ours to recruit a Finance Partner on a permanent basis. A great opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a growing business, based in Central Bristol.

Your new role
Reporting into the CFO and the Head of department, the business are looking for this person to provide monthly management reporting providing commentary and analysis to finance and senior leadership team. This will require you to understand key business drivers and trends to maximise cash generation and form part of the group finance team team. You will partner with various teams to look at net profitability suggesting ways of improvement, challenging where required, whilst getting involved in projects. A commercially focused role at its core and a great opportunity for someone to join the team.


What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a qualified accountant, ideally with experience in a professional services business. You should have a number of years post qualifications experience gained in a large finance function. Personally, you should be able to work collaboratively, with the ability to build strong relationships across a business.
