Your new company
Carnforth based business are looking for management accountant to monitors the progress of our account function projects, investigates variances, and ensure good financial control of the client's account functions.
The management accountant will assist with developing the financial aspects of the business case for each department project, including undergoing surges in activity or ad hoc projects. The management accountant will be required to provide an efficient and comprehensive service, promoting best practice about financial support across the business


Your new role
Working as part of the Finance team, the successful applicant will assist the company in the preparation of month end management accounts, reconciliation and analysis of financial data for monthly reporting. Key aspects of the role will be measuring the financial performance of the company and how it impacts on the entire group, and ensuring compliance with all corporate finance policies. Monthly reporting, projections, KPI's and will have hands on management accounts. The role will require a close working relationship within the Finance department to ensure compliance with overall business targets and reporting deadlines with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.

What you'll need to succeed
Strong communication skills - verbal and written
5 years minimum experience within a finance team
Enthusiastic individual, who is keen to work hard, learn and progress their career
A strong eye for detail.
