Finance Manager Job with a Construction Client in Edinburgh, flexible working options available up to £46,000

Hays are delighted to be working with a Construction client in Edinburgh as they recruit for a Finance Manager. This is a commercial finance role with the opportunity to join a flexible and autonomous business with significant growth ahead. The Finance Manager will join a team of 20+ Qualified Accountants in Central Edinburgh with the opportunity for home working 60% of the time. Our client are a flexible and successful business with over 15 years of experience. Our client offer a competitive package with a salary ranging from £40,000 - £46,000 per annum plus benefits which include medical cover, bonus of up to 15%, 10% pension and flexible working options.

Your new role
The Finance Manager will be responsible for a range of accounting projects and their financials. This is a unique role where technical and commercial accounting principles come into play where you will manage the production of financial accounts, prepare management accounts and consolidated reporting for these entities. Additionally, you will present management information and discuss at a senior level, providing commentary and analysis and inciteful recommendations.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant with strong regulatory accounting exposure with strong accounts preparation experience. You will enjoy working in a varied environment where you can develop and progress at your own pace and will enjoy bringing the numbers to life as part of project review meetings.
