Newly created VAT Tax and Treasury Senior Manager, you will be responsible for a range of tax issues for the business primary focused on VAT but will include other areas of taxation. You will also have limited responsibility for treasury

Description
As Vat Tax & Treasury Senior Manager you will be responsible for:
- Management of the preparation of quarterly VAT and Intrastat Returns assessing the impact of any new regulations on the company, and manage relationship with HMRC
- Management of the annual UK Corporation Tax Returns process
- Other ad hoc business and commercial tax support including VAT compliance
- Ensuring compliance under SAO regime, and production of appropriate documentation
- Proactively tackle any tax related matters, providing relevant tax advice across the business on matters and projects as required, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Ownership of the cash state of the business at all times, including management of working capital requirements
- Providing advice to senior management on strategy from a cash perspective
Profile
You should have a proven track record in VAT ideal with exposure to corporate tax
