Credit Risk Manager Required Managerial experience Circa £35k per annum Sheffield City Centre Hybrid Working

Your new company
Hays is excited to be working with an internationally renowned company based in the centre of Sheffield. They are looking for a full-time credit risk manager to head up their highly successful Credit Risk Team.

Your new role
As a full-time credit risk manager you will be required to ensure that the Credit risk team operates effectively, coaching and developing the team (and provide ongoing evaluation) to ensure employees realize their highest potential. The role will include managing business critical reporting including credit risk categorisation, payment transactions and performance, to identify areas of focus for the business. You will be required to manage 3rd party relationships with credit risk agencies as well as taking an active role in process automation.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have 5 years previous experience in a similar role at a Managerial level. You will possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills as well as being proficient on Windows business application software and Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
