This extremely renowned, Top 10 firm are looking to appoint a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager into their prestigious Manchester City Centre office. Your new role
As a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage the delivery of projects on a day-to-day basis, building strong and long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.

You will be directly responsible for project managing client engagements including determining the project scope and resource requirements and monitoring progress against budget and established time-frame whilst also playing an active role in reviewing work completed by juniors and solving any issues prior to Partner review.

Furthermore, you will promote knowledge sharing within the team facilitating research and development within the chosen stream, support recruitment, retention, development, training and motivation of employees within the Corporate Finance team and act as an ambassador of the firm, participating in marketing events and keeping abreast of the wide range of services the firm offers.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking a fully qualified (ACA/ACCA), hard-working and motivated individual with a good technical knowledge and experience in the field of corporate finance for both buy-side and sell-side work. You should have previous staff supervision or management experience and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). As well as a developing knowledge of relevant regulatory regimes.
