I am currently working with a creative agency as they prepare for a possible sale. They are looking to recruit an interim CFO to support them through this process. The company has a circa. £10m T/O. They appointed a consultancy to support with a sale process and are now in a position where they have an offer. They have had support from a consultant to date however the consultant is finishing in two weeks and they will need someone to manage the due diligence process once they get an exclusive offer. They foresee this to be at least a 3 month project. I am looking to speak with experienced consultants from either corporate finance or who have supported a commercial business through a sale. Ideally from a media background but this is flexible. This role will be outside of IR35 and be a flexible work from home model.
