I am working with a fast growing PE backed business who are looking to recruit an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join their growing finance team. Description
Your role of FP&A Analyst will focus on supporting the Financial Planning & analysis manager and CFO in maintaining the current excel based long range investment plan, developing and improving the plan to reflect changes in the operating model and to improve efficiency and accuracy. You will also be involved in developing and maintaining a budget tracker / dashboards, trending forward material variances and feeding it back to management, daily trend analysis on operating KPIs versus budget and prior periods - acting as the early warning for negative trends and highlighting positive variance which could be exploited.
Profile
You will need to ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and have had exposure to financial modelling, data analysis and insight. You will need have advanced MS Excel skills (SQL would be beneficial but not essential). Someone who is a team player, they must be willing to get their sleeves rolled up from time to time, there will be opportunity to progress as the business scales.
Job Offer
You will get a competitive salary of up £50k with a bonus of up to 20% and excellent benefits package that includes 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, enhanced pension contributions and private health care. You will get a lot of opportunity for exposure in this role which will help your progression and development. They are based in an accessible location with free parking on site. They operate a hybrid working model too.
