My client is looking for a Finance Analyst to join the team in Warrington due to their continued growth.This role will report into the Senior Finance Analyst, and work closely to support him on financial models, analysis of sales, performance, energy, profitability etc, capex projects and strategic planning.

Description

Work with the Manager FP&A to serve as a key financial partner

* Support the development of the monthly financial forecasts, annual plan, and long-range financial plans

* Perform and provide monthly financial sales and profitability reporting and analysis of the financial results of operations

* Perform required financial analysis including strategic capital spend projects, costing models, inventory reporting, customer rebates, and transfer pricing

* Develop SG&A budgeting, forecasting, actual reporting, and manage monthly cost center review meetings for the business

* Significant ad hoc reporting, analysis and modeling for business financial decisions

Profile

An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field or equivalent

* Experience working in financial analysis, with Manufacturing finance experience preferred

* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivots, lookups)

* Demonstrated financial acumen or experience in delivering quantitative analyses

* Flexibility to work independently and as a team member

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to build reports and models

* SAP S/4HANA experience would be advantageous

Job Offer

  • Salary of up to £55,000 (dependent on experience)
  • 27 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Up to 10% employer pension contributions
  • Discretionary and annual bonus scheme
  • Hybrid working- around 3 days per week in the office
  • 8.30-4.30 contracted hours but flexible on actual timings
