Job Details

The EMEA tax team, based in Bristol, UK, are responsible for managing all direct tax matters relating to the Group's EMEA subsidiaries. Reporting to the EMEA Tax Director, this is a newly created role which has scope for ongoing development in an experienced and supportive team.

Description

The key responsibilities for this EMEA Tax Manager based in Bristol are:

  • Direct tax compliance for the Group's UK subsidiaries including co-ordination of outsourced tax returns, preparation of CFC and anti-hybrid analysis, forecasting quarterly instalment payments; co-ordination of SAO reporting obligations
  • Management of WHT documentation for the EMEA region
  • Preparation of transfer pricing documentation for the EMEA region
  • Assisting with the management of tax audits for the EMEA region
  • Assisting with restructuring activity within the group
  • Assisting with US GAAP quarterly reporting for the EMEA region

Profile

For this EMEA Tax Manager based in Bristol, the successful candidate will have/be:

  • A tax and/or accounting qualification (CTA/ACA or equivalent)
  • Bring a solid tax background gained in a top accountancy firm
  • Solid UK corporate Tax experience is a Must - If you have EMEA tax experience then this will benefit your transition
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication skills

Job Offer

Base Salary up to £50,000
Car Allowance - £5,000
Bonus up to 20%
Working from home (up to 3 days)
