Your new company
A well-established, privately owned Property Management and Consultancy business has had an exciting opportunity come up for a Finance Director to join the business. Located in Central London with a number of national offices and an excellent reputation within its sector, this is a brilliant organisation to consider working with.

Your new role
This is a key role within the firm, you will be responsible for leading the accounting teams whilst reporting to the Managing Partner. Areas of responsibility will include presenting board packs and company financials, overseeing the budget preparation for all sites, working to continually develop control procedures, liaising and negotiating with banks and advise on accounting and tax changes. Alongside operational tasks you will also be heavily involved in project work to identify risks and opportunities associated within an LLP environment, improve management information available to partners, partnership accounting as well as leading and managing the relationship with the firms auditors.

What you'll need to succeed
This role requires a Qualified Accountant, ideally with an ACA (or equivalent) or ACCA qualification. You will be an experienced leader, ideally with experience of working within a property consultancy or property management firm. A desire to improve processes and controls, the ability to manage teams across multiple national and international offices as well as providing guidance on technical accounting matters where required. A pivotal part of the FD's role will be to provide strategy and ensure the continued growth of the firm.
