Job Details
This is a brand new opportunity for either a first time mover from practice or someone from industry either qualified or qualified by experience to join a business going through a period of continued change and growth as a Management Accountant.

Description
Preparation of monthly management accounts & monthly reporting.
To produce weekly departmental P&L's & compare to the above.
Produce detailed sales analysis by customer & department.
To help in the preparation of the annual budget.
To assist in the year end and ½ year-end financial accounts.
To support all areas of the Finance Team including Credit Control, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger & analysis relating to the Nominal Ledger.
To be aware of and adhere to the Company's Health & Safety Policy, taking responsibility for the Health and Safety and welfare of yourself and others.
Profile
CIMA / ACA / ACCA Qualified Accountant (Role would suit someone newly qualified)
Strong attention to detail.
The ability to priorities deadlines within a varied workload.
Determination and initiative to ensure invoices are paid as required.
Excellent customer service skills.
A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage but not essential.
Previous experience in a Distribution role would be an advantage but not essential.
Team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Time Management skills, the ability to prioritise workload as well as multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
Job Offer
Salary of up to £50,000
Hybrid working, currently 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
