Financial Accountant for Real Estate Investment Manager - 6 month contract

Your new company is a Real Estate Investment Manager based in London but are part of a larger global group.

Your new role
They are looking for a Financial Accountant to come in for an initial 6 month contract as they make changes in the finance team. This role will be responsible for all monthly reporting for your assigned entities. This includes management accounting and financial accounting.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant - either ACA making their first or second move out of practice, or an industry trained candidate. Experience with Real Estate or Investment Management if you are industry trained is preferable.

What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available. You'll be on a 6 month contract with opportunity to extend or go permanent. This is a great opportunity for somebody making their first move out of practice as it's a super broad role covering all aspects of finance. £60,000-£65,000 + benefits or equivalent daily rate.
