FINANCE MANAGER - REAL ESTATE - CENTRAL LONDON - STARTING IMMEDIATELY
Client Details
A highly regarded private and family owned Real Estate company who have a large portfolio of both commercial and residential property are looking to recruit an interim Finance Manager to help the business through year-end audit support amongst other ad hoc work.
The preferred candidate will have experience working in Real Estate with a strong technical and reporting background.
Description
- Review month-end reconciliations and agree to various ledgers, Ie, client monies accounts and the Fixed asset register
- preparation and finalise year-end financial statements and it's support schedules
- Upkeep of Capital allowance schedules and liaise with external advisers
- Review CIS returns
- Support with annual audits
- Ad hoc tasks/ projects
Profile
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or oversee's equivalent)
- Recently qualified (0-3 years PQE)
- Strong technical background
- Experience working in the Real Estate sector
- Excellent attention to detail
