Description
- Prepare Monthly management accounts
- Ensure labour costs are accurately recorded
- Monthly forecasting
- Continuous process improvement
- Management of three staff - AP/AR
- Annual budgeting
- Business partnering with budget holders
- Assist with annual external audit
- Adhoc projects
Profile
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills essential.
- Excellent inter-personal skills. Ability to interact with Non-Finance personnel
- Understand manufacturing processes
- First class planning & organisational skills.
- Good presentation, written and oral communication skills.
- Must be an innovative thinker and commercially aware
- Must be willing to develop interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be computer literate particularly in Microsoft Excel(advanced level) and Word.
