My client is looking for a qualified management accountant to lead a small team and work closely with the finance director.

Description

• Prepare Monthly management accounts
• Ensure labour costs are accurately recorded
• Monthly forecasting
• Continuous process improvement
• Management of three staff - AP/AR
• Annual budgeting
• Business partnering with budget holders
• Assist with annual external audit
• Adhoc projects

Profile

• Strong organisational and decision-making skills essential.
• Excellent inter-personal skills. Ability to interact with Non-Finance personnel
• Understand manufacturing processes
• First class planning & organisational skills.
• Good presentation, written and oral communication skills.
• Must be an innovative thinker and commercially aware
• Must be willing to develop interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be computer literate particularly in Microsoft Excel(advanced level) and Word.
• Qualified accountant
