Head of Group FP&A - 12 month FTC - £120,000 - Insurance
Your new company
My client is an insurance and reinsurance group who operate internationally. You will be part of a small but flat finance team in the UK.
Your new role
You will be responsible for all budgeting and forecasting processes for the group. You will work with the CFO to lead the annual budget process, and quarterly forecasting processes. You will also lead on investment accounting. As they are a relatively small finance function there will also be involvement in other reporting for the group.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with experience in FP&A within insurance. You will be happy to get your sleeves rolled up as this is a relatively small finance function but you'll also need to operate at a senior level.
What you'll get in return
You will be on an initial 12 month fixed term contract with opportunity to be extended or potentially go permanent for the right person. You will be on a salary up to £120,000 + benefits working for in a hybrid/flexible working model.
