A global leading company in the provision of market intelligence to the automotive sector. The company deliver the world's most complete, accurate and up-to-date databases of vehicle prices and specifications, and industry news including incentives information, sales and registrations data.

Description

• Business partnering with sales operations to review, amend and implement the sales incentive plan, with full responsibility for the administration of the scheme including budgets, actuals and forecasts
• Liaising with Global Sales Operations on processes (where this impacts finance/financial reporting) and in establishing relevant controls
• Working with the sales administration team around all processes from credit requests, invoicing to cash collections, including reconciliations (from the contracts database to the financial ledgers) and reporting of KPI's
• Responsible for Promapp (inhouse process documentation tool) - driving improvements/developments in all internal control and reporting activities ensuring standardisation and simplification of documentation
• Providing and maintaining a library of permanent information to be supplied to customers
• Assisting the wider Finance team with day to day activities and projects as required

Profile

• Qualified Accountant with 3+ years' experience of providing operational support
• Experience of working in an operational finance department having worked on advanced modelling and incomplete processes
• Ability to execute job duties using the accounting package Sun Systems and advanced excel
• Experience of CRM useful but not essential

Skills: Accuracy, attention to detail, flexible, dynamic and willingness to be immersed in the detail where necessary
