  • Reporting directly to the CFO, you will manage a team of 3 direct reports
  • From mentoring and training the newly recruited finance team, to business partnering with senior stakeholders, this role is all encompassing

Description

  • Carry out special projects or tasks required
  • Continually improve internal controls and processes
  • Facilitate and promote team work mentality
  • Mentor the finance team and provide training
  • Ensure business processes and controls are established and followed as well as implementation of operational improvements as the business expands
  • Be responsible for preparation of financial statements and technical content of the listed interim and annual Plc reports for AIM reporting
  • Improve financial and KPI reporting across the business, assist with the coordination and preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
  • Business partnering senior stakeholders to influence decisions from a financial standpoint.
  • Supporting the CFO with ad hoc project work

Profile

  • Qualified Accountant Ideally ACA or ACCA
  • Listed Plc experience would be beneficial
  • Demonstrable technical accounting background, including knowledge of local IFRS
  • A desire to work in an agile, high performance environment. They work like a start up to deliver great growth
