Description
- Carry out special projects or tasks required
- Continually improve internal controls and processes
- Facilitate and promote team work mentality
- Mentor the finance team and provide training
- Ensure business processes and controls are established and followed as well as implementation of operational improvements as the business expands
- Be responsible for preparation of financial statements and technical content of the listed interim and annual Plc reports for AIM reporting
- Improve financial and KPI reporting across the business, assist with the coordination and preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Business partnering senior stakeholders to influence decisions from a financial standpoint.
- Supporting the CFO with ad hoc project work
Profile
- Qualified Accountant Ideally ACA or ACCA
- Listed Plc experience would be beneficial
- Demonstrable technical accounting background, including knowledge of local IFRS
- A desire to work in an agile, high performance environment. They work like a start up to deliver great growth
