Financial Controller required to join a rapidly growing facilities management company based in Middleton.

Your new role
Your new company are an entrepreneurial, well established facilities management company. An owner managed business who've been operating for over 20 years and have seen substantial growth over recent years and now looking to recruit an experience finance leader to head up their small but efficient finance function.

What you'll need to succeed
In your new role as Financial Controller you will support the company with all things accounting. You will report directly into the business owners / Managing Directors. You will provide financial strategy and drive the overall direction of the business moving forward. You will manage, improve and develop the companies processes and procedures to not only improve the finance function but the wider business. Previous experience with the CIS scheme and Sage 50 would be beneficial.

What you'll get in return
You will get a salary circa £55,000. You will be given the autonomy to improve the finance function based on your experience and skill set.
