Finance Director Stoke on Trent £75,000- £85,000 +car +bonus

Your new company
My client is a manufacturing company based in Stoke on Trent. They are looking for a Finance Director to join the organisation and work closely with the Managing Director and manage the finance team and finance function.

Your new role
As a Finance Director you will be responsible for the financial management of company operations. You will provide leadership and coordination in the business planning, accounting and controls. You will provide strategic and operational support to the business, maintain robust internal controls, prepare management accounting information and KPIs to assist the running of the business. You will be commercially astute and able to business partner with the Managing Director.

What you'll need to succeed
Background in the manufacturing is essential in this role. You will also have great leadership and communications skills, and experience in Financial Controlling or Finance Director role.

What you'll get in return
Depending on experience you will get salary of £75,000- £85,000 alongside car or car allowance, annual bonus, great pension scheme, private healthcare, 33 days annual leave ( including bank holidays) and flexible and hybrid working.
