- Corporate mergers & acquisitions
- Liaising with clients during transactions
- Private equity investments
- Bank pre-lending reviews
- Liaising with other departments throughout the transactions
Profile
- ACA/ ACCA qualified or nearly qualified
- Extensive audit experience, working within a Practice environment
- Keen interest in persueing a career in corporate finance
