Looking for a Finance Manager to join our team. The person will be an integral member of Centro, responsible for all areas of accounting and financial reporting.

Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* All areas of accounting including: running the UK accounts function; contributing to the quarterly board pack; budgets, forecasts and variance analysis; inter company transactions and balances (loans, fees and recharges). Multi-currency experience is preferred.
* Hands-on processing such as posting journals, bank reconciliations, VAT returns
* Preparation of quarterly board papers (financial and non-financial)
* Oversee HR, Payroll and corporation tax (all outsourced)
* Annual statutory reporting, including consolidations, preparation of financial statements, managing the audit process
* Other third-party reporting including bank reporting, Companies House returns and NSO returns
* Line management of the Office Manager
* Ad hoc requirements
Profile

Job Offer
Part Time - 4 day per week, level of work.
4 day per week - flexible on how that is structured.
Pension employer contribution 9 %
Days holiday 30 pro-rated + bank (22)
Medical - employee pays tax.
