FP&A MANAGER REQUIRED IN BRISTOL-1 DAY A WEEK IN THE OFFICE

Your new role
The Forecasting & Analysis team leads the development of the company financial plans, budgets & forecasts, including scenario analysis and stress testing. By providing commercial insight and analysis to the business, the team provides the financial control required of the business and supports key business decisions. The successful candidate will assist in managing, co-ordinating and controlling the financial forecast processes. They will need to be able to provide high quality output and insightful business analysis, as well as advice and guidance to stakeholders. This role is much more about building relationships, sharing knowledge and supporting and developing best practice than simply 'undertaking tasks'. The role is part of a team with 2 other dedicated partners but will work with and influence many more. A clear focus and drive to deliver activities are key.

What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need today to make sure you're set up for success you'll already have these skills and experience:

  • Experience in supporting the Financial Planning process, ensuring the capabilities to fulfil business objectives
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and attention to detail in order to manage complex data into clear output and messaging for ExCo/Board audiences
  • Strong ownership and reliability to produce review materials to tight timescales
  • Awareness of market and industry environment
  • Experience in providing support and challenge to business teams in terms of analysis and ensuring that performance is in line with Group's strategic objectives
  • Able to communicate clearly and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the Group with a diverse range of knowledge and experience
  • Passionate about making a difference and delivering continuous improvements in quality and efficiency
  • An awareness of risks and how to operate in a strong control environment
