Your new company
Hays Senior Finance are currently working with a people focused service business to recruit a Financial Controller due to an internal move.

Your new role
As Finance Controller you will have overall responsibility for the accounting function of the business and will use your expertise to maintain and develop group reporting, whilst ensuring the business is compliant with internal guidelines, procedures, and external regulatory requirements. You will also be involved in financial analysis and performance management, driving operational and commercial efficiencies, as well as supervising the finance team.

What you'll need to succeed
With continued ambitious plans for growth and development, this is an exciting and demanding role for an experienced self-starting finance professional with drive, determination and the ambition to progress your career and work in a dynamic, highly commercial and growth focussed environment. You'll be a qualified accountant with proven leadership skills.
