FP&A Analyst
Your new company
A well-established, FTSE listed Real Estate company, this organisation is highly regarded as industry leading in its sector with offices in Central London. They are currently recruiting for a Qualified FP&A Analyst to join their growing commercial finance department.
Your new role
An exciting role offering varied responsibilities including but not limited to the below:
- Forecasting and monitoring key risk metrics
- Scenario analysis to support business decisions
- Forecasting
- Prepare management information including investment activity, leasing activity, performance vs budget
- Support with preparing board papers
- 5 year planning
- Assist with preparing annual budget
- Taking on special ad-hoc projects
What you'll need to succeed
This role is ideal for a Qualified candidate, ideally ACA trained with a large firm. You will have experience working in a Finance Analyst role post qualification in industry or you will be coming straight from a large firm with experience in Transactions or Corporate Finance teams. Commercial awareness and confidence analysing complex transactions is key. You will have strong modelling and analytical skills.
