Your new role
As an ambitious part qualified or newly qualified accountant with a background in the construction or house building sector you will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team. You role will be providing management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, analysing and partnering as well as producing reports. Extensive support available, and you certainly have the opportunity to further progress your career with opportunities for internal promotions and development. What you'll need to succeed
Stakeholder engagement with operational teams, and business acumen are essential to succeed in this post, and your ability to delivery timely and accurate management accounts detail and insights is essential. Currently their are no supervisory requirements in this permanent post, however working closely with operations teams in the production of business insights and analysis needs to be a demonstrable skill you have. Working closely with the wider finance team, and also showing your desire to develop and progress your experience will serve you well.
You will have a background in housebuilding or construction, or an audit background covering these sectors. The role is open to part-qualified or qualified candidates, and will offer ample opportunity to take on more responsibility to progress your career.
