Your new role
This role will be responsible for co-ordinating the Group's Treasury activities. Managing the day-to-day operational requirements for the Group's cash, liquidity, and foreign exchange hedging activities including administrating and manging relationships for banking operations, the Company credit cards and card acquirers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Group's daily and monthly cash reporting.
  • Develop, manage and evolve Treasury KPI reporting.
  • Update and maintain the Group's Treasury Policy.
  • Maintain and evolve the Group and entity cash flow forecast modelling and reporting.
  • Manage the Group's external and internal borrowing requirements/agreements.
  • Forecast the Group's forex requirements/exposure and implement board approved hedging strategy. Continuously improve efficiency and seek cost savings in all Treasury activities.
  • Manage bank deposit and pooling arrangements across the Group to maximize interest income.
  • Manage the Group's corporate credit card facilities.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the Group's bank mandates.
  • Maintain relationships with key banking, FX brokers and card acquiring counterparties.
  • Act as a point of contact for the business for any banking and treasury queries.
  • Oversee Credit Control activities.
  • Provide support and cover for colleagues' holidays and during busy periods.
  • Ad-hoc support to the Finance Team as required.
  • What you'll need to succeed
  • Professional Finance Qualification (ACA/ACCA) .
  • Previous Treasury experience desirable (support towards ACT qualification if appropriate).
  • Has a proactive attitude, energy, commitment and focus to ensure delivery of projects.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use good judgement in providing interpretations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to business partner key stakeholders, including internal Heads of Departments and external Advisors by developing and maintaining successful working relations.
  • Proven ability to adapt a flexible approach to cater to peaks in business demands and deliver ad-hoc projects · Proven ability to successfully lead and inspire a team to deliver objectives.
