Our client are a leading firm of Chartered Accountant looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join there office in the Gloucestershire area. They have an award-winning Corporate Finance team, which is nationally recognised.

Your new role

• Review and analysis of projections, as well as the assumptions that underpin them
• Assessment of the company's current trading performance
• Gaining a better knowledge of the target company and its drivers
• Financial and operational data interpretation and analysis
• Historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets are examined and analysed.
• Identify and communicate important issues that may have an impact on the price our clients are ready to pay for target companies.
• Determine and assess potential risk areas that may require attention as part of the deal structure.
• Participate in the creation of high-quality detailed written reports within agreed-upon timeframes, and brief the Partner/Director as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified ACA/ACCA
• Strong audit, accounts preparation/CF or TS experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport.
• From a large volume of data, be able to swiftly identify the core concerns.
• Capable of identifying potential risk and/or price-affecting concerns.
• Excel is a powerful reporting and analysis tool, and you should have a lot of expertise with it.
• Client-centred, with a focus on quality and precision.
• The ability to see the big picture while keeping a close eye on the details.
• Ability to perform well under duress.

What you'll get in return

Circa £60,000 - £68,000 dependent on experience, background and level of the right professional, plus benefits
