Our Blue Chip are looking to recruit a Management Accountant for a hybrid role on a 1 year FTC.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing the month-end process and for delivering timely and accurate monthly management reports and profit/cost centre information of a business units. You will oversee a team of 2 and lead the budgeting/forecasting process for the business division, You will be expected to provide monthly analysis of financial performance and ad-hoc reporting. You will be responsible for the development and production of accurate & timely reporting into the various regulatory reporting formats including the Regulatory Reporting Pack and the Regulatory Instructions & Guidance (RIGs) schedules, including the monthly internal tracking and reporting of the position. You will be expected to lead on formulating corrective actions for each business unit., you will also be required to represent the finance team at the Management Team meetings and operational management team meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Accountant with strong management accounting experience along with good management and leadership skills. You will have the ability to work well with various stakeholders throughout the business, so excellent communication skills are a must. Experience of using an ERP system and strong Excel.
What you'll get in return
This is a hybrid role on a 1 year FTC salary to £50,000 plus bonus, generous pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holiday. Flexible working.
