GROUP ACCOUNTANT - LISTED RETAILER - 6 MONTH FTC
Client Details
Our client are a highly regarded listed retail business with revenues exceeding £800m. Due to a period of continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Group Accountant on a 6 month fixed term contract.
Description
- Responsibility for managing the Group's multi-currency consolidation process under IRFS and drive process and controls
- Managing the production of year-end and interim group financial statements to met their external statutory reporting requirements
- Production of accurate and timely group management accounts
- Production of UK subsidiary statutory accounts
- Ad hoc projects
Profile
- Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or oversee's equivalent)
- Prior experience working on group consolidations
- Experience working for a large business
- Retail/ FMCG experience highly preferable
