Interim CFO

I am currently recruiting an exciting role for an aim listed Mining company with their head office based in London. They are looking to appoint an interim CFO for an initial 6 months. This role will be managing a small team in London of 5 and a team of 5 overseas, you will be responsible for overseeing all reporting up to the parent company alongside the UK reporting. Following the acquisition they are looking at a potential restructuring of the group to streamline the group. This will not require any headcount restructuring. June is their half year. I am looking to speak with senior contractors from renewable who have a strong technical background. Ideally you will also have international exposure and understand the differences of operating and reporting requirements for different regions. They are flexible on day rate and the role will likely be inside of IR35
