This role will be vital in supporting the growth of the business, involved in project accounting, financial modelling, analysis and business partnering. The role will have no involvement in the month end process but will be a fully dedicated resource to help on projects. This is a senior role within the finance team with a lot of exposure to the wider business including the directors.

Description
- Build and maintain financial models in Excel, including a full P&L, B/S and cashflow
- Provide analysis and reporting on the financial viability of projects, providing detailed commentary and recommendations
- Work closely with directors to support key business decisions
- Co-ordinate project budgets where required, ensuring all costs and benefits are captured
- Provide technical advice and guidance on project financial management to non-finance managers
- Ensure all reporting deadlines are met, providing adequate detail ahead of time
- Analyse large data sets
- Support the development of others in the Finance team
Profile
- Fully qualified, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
- Project Accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business, with the ability to work with both Financial and Non-Financial teams
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to respond to changing and emergent priorities
