The successful person will have significant exposure to the partners in the business, providing them with analysis and commentary to help inform and support decision-making across the business.

Description
- Manage the retail cost centres and partner with the business owners (covering marketing, e-commerce, store, wholesale, digital and more), providing insight on performance
- Maintain the integrity of the financial ledgers
- Own the month end retail processes, including the returns provision, freight accrual, and other general retail accruals and prepayments
- Provide business partners with monthly analysis and commentary of retail product and channel performance vs plan and forecast, including a detailed analysis of drivers behind margin performance
- Deliver weekly store performance update to US and field related queries
- Own the month and quarter end documentation of retail SOX controls - link into Business Risk as appropriate
Profile
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
- Strong systems knowledge of automated accounting packages and a strong knowledge of PC based software programs, particularly Excel
- Experience (2-5 years) in accounting/finance fields
- Must be fluent English speaking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Based in the UK
