Temporary EMEA Payroll Manager

Your new company
An exciting global financial services company based in the heart of London.

Your new role
Responsible for the EMEA payroll function, including management of two payroll shared services members, processing payrolls across UK, Germany and Spain. You will act as primary lead in managing the relationship with the third-party payroll services provider to ensure a high service level in accordance with our contract.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Relevant EMEA payroll experience.
  • Previous experience leading payroll shared service teams and outsourced payroll models
  • Strong analytical skills and background, financial acumen and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy of discretion and a strong self-starter.
  • High quality written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally and globally in a growing and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Great self-organisational skills and attention to detail
