A chance to join a massively expanding property/real estate firm that covers residential and commercial property. You will be working closely with an impressive Head of Finance as they go through their half year.
- To prepare financial statements for a subset of the group's four hundred and eighty subsidiary entities, involving a detailed review of each entity's TB and associated support schedules, correction of errors, drafting of UK GAAP or IFRS compliant financial statement, collation of audit files and liaison with auditors.
- To assist in the application of new accounting standards as necessary, including FRS 102 and IFRS.
- To assist in the preparation of iXBRL format accounts for submission to HMRC.
- To prepare calculations and schedules for the disclosure requirements of UK GAAP subsidiaries and IFRS consolidated financial statements.
- To create and maintain accounting spreadsheet models for use within the accounts department as the need arises.
I am keen to speak with qualified accountants who have strong technical experience. Experience of caseware would be ideal but not essential.
