Head of Finance, c. £65,000 + Benefits, Peterborough, Permanent, Full-Time with Hybrid Working

Your new company
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Peterborough based business that has been well-established in the area for years, that operates internationally and continues to expand. This Head of Finance role is available on a full-time, permanent basis and will offer some hybrid working.

Your new role
This is an integral role within the business that will see you managing a small team whilst also having key involvement in the commercial activities of the business. You will be overseeing a team that looks after transactional finance and your core duties will cover a mixture of technical and commercial accounting. As you are working in part of a US-owned business too, SOX compliance and US GAAP will also be involved.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need to have the enthusiasm and determination to be involved in a busy role that offers the variety of an SME position, but some of the complexity and demands of a corporate role. You will need to be a fully-qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) who has operated in a similar role. Experience in a production business and/or a business that operates internationally would be a bonus, but is not essential.

What you'll get in return
A competitive salary is on offer of c. £65,000 depending on experience and there is a good benefits package too which includes a good pension scheme, life cover, income protection, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and the opportunity for hybrid working.
