Your new company
I am currently working with a leading, insurance broker based in London who is looking to hire a revenue control manager to join the team. Taking a leading role in process and controls development and change management this is an exciting time to join this business as it is undertaking a number of transformation projects.

Your new role
This is a broad and varied role reporting into the Director of Revenue and FP&A. Key responsibilities include:

  • Day to day management of revenue control team - 3 reports
  • Month end revenue process
  • Revenue recognition accounting policy application
  • Process and controls developments
  • Finance system implementation support
  • Revenue report reviews with FP&A and senior management

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with audit background preferred. You will need strong controls and reporting experience with insurance industry experience desirable. You will need to be comfortable managing a team and in change management scenarios.
