FP&A Analyst

JMAN Group is one of the UK’s leading management consultancies and are an exciting period of high growth. Due to this immense growth, we are seeking to hire our first FP&A Analyst to join our team in Central London.

Job description:

The FP&A Analyst role will be split between:

1) Providing support with ad-hoc analysis (60%)
2) Taking full ownership for regular reporting (40%)

Reporting activities will include:

- Weekly account management reporting to Management
- Consolidation and analysis of results for two regions
- Margin and revenue analysis
- You will also provide support during the business’ annual budgeting/quarterly forecasting/strategic long-term planning cycles. You will report to the Head of Finance.

You will regularly be exposed to the MD, CTO and the wider management team of both regions. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills for interactions with senior team members and remote Finance teams.

About You:

- You will need to have high attention to detail whilst seeing the bigger picture
- You must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- You must be self-driven, ensuring you can pick up assigned projects, own them, and be accountable to deliver results
- You must be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
- Excellent Excel skills and understanding of data sets. Able to work with data to transfer actionable information
- Experience/knowledge of group P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow for management reporting
- Understanding of basic accounting software
