Senior Performance Analyst (FP&A) | Hybrid Working | £55,000 - £70,000

Your new company

This is an exciting role for a Senior Performance Reporting Analyst to join a fast-growing Manufacturing business, that's part of an International Corporation. The objective of the role is to review the FP&A function and how it runs, with the desire to implement, streamline and automate processes, in particular using Power BI and/or similar tools.

Your new role

As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Continuously improve planning processes, business partnering other team members to streamline planning activities and automate processes
  • Consolidating five-year plans, budgets and forecasts and presentation to shareholders
  • Producing and improving financial models to enhance scenario planning
  • Designing reports for senior management and wider business to support Group's growth objectives
  • Comply with Group procedures (H&S)

What you'll need to succeed

To be the successful candidate, you will need / have:

  • Experience in an FP&A team, ideally in a growing organisation
  • Digital experience of tools such as Power BI
  • Experience with improvement projects (i.e. automating forecasting or budgeting processes)
  • Advanced Excel skills, ideally including experience of building financial models
  • Ideally a qualified accountant with ACA / ACCA / CIMA
  • Highly motivated and willing to challenge ideas and processes
  • Strong communications skills across all levels
