This is a newly created opportunity for a recently qualified ACA to step into a long term career within the Financial Services sector. This is an incredibly broad role, blending core finance with plenty of forward looking and collaborative elements.

This sustainability focused, real estate investment firm are based in the heart of the city where the focus of their work is. They are one of the largest privately owned companies of it's kind and have started an exciting new growth phase and have just completed an exciting new acquisition.

Description

  • On a quarterly basis, ensure that the latest commercial views are financially reflected in the outlook
  • Scrutinize and challenge the Asset Managers on the assumptions in the ABPs
  • Monitor progress against ABP's throughout the year on a quarterly basis, advise asset managers on actions to be taken to execute the ABP
  • Cost control / development progress reporting of e.g. (re) development / refurbishment projects
  • Ensure proper real estate reporting including upcoming lease events to Asset Managers
  • Enter mutations in creditor and bank master data management
  • Analyse (re) letting transactions and other value creating activities like BREEAM improvements and challenge asset managers on these transactions
  • Control correctness and completeness of the data integrity of the valuations (eg # assets, asset structure, lease details) and data integrity between Horizon and Argus
  • Control external facility managers with respect to outsourced service charges
  • Participation in the preparation of group reporting and year-end statutory
  • Effective support to Finance Director and Asset Managers

Profile
