This role will suite a strong management accountant looking after multiple legal entities.

Our Client is a well know business within the retail market who is going through an exciting period of growth and are looking to bring on an experienced cost accountant to join their finance team. They are well regarded in the South Coast market with a reputation for employee satisfaction due to both work life balance and an excellent company culture.
Description
Cost Accountant:
- Prepare monthly costing reports
- Work with the management accounts teams to complete financial accounts and compliance
- Implement an strategy to improve month end process
- Produce accurate management accounts in a timely manor and able to present Balance Sheet and P&L to the senior management team.
- Provide assistant with ad hoc data
- Support the development of part-qualified staff
Profile
- Qualified Accountant
- Previous experience with accounts consolidation, forecasting, management accounts, financial control, reporting
- Proven success in team management and leadership
- Track record of analysing and investigating data
- Motivated to influence and drive change
