Assistant Management / Management Accountant role offering flexible working & home working
Your new company
A growing manufacturing firm based in York is recruiting for an Assistant Management / Management Accountant to join their finance team.
Your new role
As the Assistant / Management Accountant, you will be working closely with the Financial Controller and focusing on the month-end management accounts packages. Your role will also include:
- Managing the nominal ledger entries
- Profit & Loss accounts, balance sheet and cashflow statement
- Development & review of budgets and re-forecasts
- Report on, and analyse, cost margins
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you must have experience producing or supporting the production of the monthly management accounts in full as well as with profit & loss, the balance sheet and cashflow statements. It would be advantageous to have worked within manufacturing and supported on an ERP implementation. You will also be at least AAT Qualified and ideally studying CIMA.
