- A group financial reporting role encompassing entities in the UK and overseas
- Assisting in accounting and due diligence for acquisitions and divestments

- Turnover in excess of $900m
- Operations in over 30 countries
Description
- Producing consolidated financial statements for the group
- Preparing and maintaining support schedules
- Quarterly investor reporting
- Prepare financial models, including impairment and fair value calculations
- Ensure compliance with group accounting policies
- Liaising with auditors
- Assist in the accounting and due diligence for acquisitions and divestment's
Profile
- Qualified accountant ideally within a top tier accounting firm
- Technically proficient including IFRS
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Hyperion / HFM would be advantageous
