Description
- To carry out technical reviews of personal tax computations on a varied portfolio of clients, and to provide support to help the firm implement pro-active tax planning advice for these clients.
- Where required to support the wider team - carry out technical reviews of Personal Tax computations on a varied portfolio of clients
- Supporting the Tax Leadership team in identifying, devising and delivering bespoke tax advice and solutions to clients
- Delivering against agreed KPI's, including individual and team fee targets
- Playing a key role in delivering against office business development objectives to drive higher fees for your team
- Coaching and developing junior members of the team.
- Completing Tax Returns, P11D's, Probates, Inheritance Tax, Estate Planning etc for a portfolio of Personal Tax Clients
- Ongoing support with restructuring projects, including changing ownership of entities, liquidations and capital restructures
- Assisting with Tax clearance, Tax inquires and be able to liaise with HMRC for a range of complex and detailed tax matters
- Inheritance tax planning
- Conducting client visits and meetings
- Liaising with other departments
- Mentoring and training Junior members of staff
- Liaising with directors to ensure high-quality service
- Representing the business at networking events
Profile
- Will hold a relevant qualification e.g. ACA, CTA
- Will have a strong personal tax background
