Your new company
Entrepreneurial organisation who have experienced an excellent run of form in their respective market seek to attract a Finance Manager Or Senior Manager to their business to lead a team as they continue to scale up over the coming years following a significant recent contract win.

Your new role
You will form part of a high performing team to ensure all financial obligations are met from both a statutory perspective alongside the production of the management accounts. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement across the finance function and relish working within a business which will continue to evolve thus throwing up many projects alongside the BAU elements of the role. You will deal and resolve and stakeholder queries explaining their financial results in a concise and user friendly manner. You will play a key role in supporting the role out of a new finance system as the business improves the delivery of their financial and management information. Furthermore you will lead, direct and motivate a talented team ensuring all deliverables are met in a timely and accurate manner.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with strong technical reporting skills developed within practice or within a role with a statutory/regulatory focus. You will demonstrate a can-do attitude and enjoy working within a fast paced environment where everyone is striving to achieve high standards. You will relish working within a growing business where a flexible approach is certainly required.

What you'll get in return
You will be afforded a good level of flexibility with an expectation that you should be in the office 2 days per week, however consideration will given to those coming from further afield to attend 1 day per week.
