Management Accountant opportunity working directly with FD

An established manufacturing company based in Wakefield is recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their finance team

Your new role
As the Management Accountant, your role will primarily focus on working with the FD on month-end accounts (journals, prepayments etc.), assisting with monthly stock valuations, providing year-end data to auditors and supporting year-end stock count. This role will also involve the accurate recording of bank transactions and finance reconciliations.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you must have prior experience working as a management accountant and assistant management accountant, specifically with typical month-end procedures and reconciliations. Experience with SAP B1 would be advantageous as would experience managing and training junior team members.

• Up to £45,000
• On-site parking
• 23 days + stat (increasing to 25)
• 100% in the office
