A leading build to rent and residential block management company delivering nationwide services is looking to recruit a Block Finance Manager in Leeds.

Your new role
As the Block Finance Manager, you will be responsible for a finance team of 15-20 staff, ensuring that they are completing necessary work to set deadlines and to a high quality. You will also be working closely with regional and heads of property managers as well as developing strategies to support the team and wider business.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you must have previous experience in a similar role which involves management of a finance team, leadership skills and handling finance duties expected of a transactional finance team. You should also be able to demonstrate your strong leadership, communication and excel skills during an interview.
