Management Accountant

Broad hands on role within a lovely local brand

Your new company
A lovely retail brand with a deep history are going through a period of change as they take advantage of their recent performance in the market as they prepare for their next phase of growth.

Your new role
You will fulfil a broad role with a bias towards management reporting, providing periodic insights to your stakeholder audience whilst developing a robust and efficient finance function through the enhancement of financial controls. You will conduct balance sheet reviews, prepare cash-flow forecasts, conduct analytical reviews and support any key projects to develop the local finance function. Furthermore you will help the wider team manage the integrity of the financial ledgers (AP, Payroll etc..) and any matters relating to tax.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (or soon to qualify / qualified by experience) with broad accounting skills and a flair for management reporting. A willingness to role up your sleeves in a close knit SME environment is essential.
