The Finance Business Partner ensures that financial reports for internal and external users accurately reflect the financial position of the company. Providing financial and strategic support throughout.

Description
- Demonstrable and proven experience in month-end management accounts including accruals & prepayments, variance analysis and commentary preparation
-Identifying key areas of improvement for example streamlining processes or identifying cost savings
- Ability to liaise effectively across all levels of the organisation including directors of the organisation including director level.
Profile
The Successful candidate will have the following:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fully qualified accountant with post qualification experience in a Finance Business Partner role
- Experience in improving and implementing processes to support the team
